OK—The freezer is here, installed, and cooled to minus 7 on the freezer side and 37 on the cooler side! Thank you for making this whole process, from beginning to end, a pleasure and enjoyable. Your customer service has been impeccable and always ready with the answer or appropriate suggestions.

The truck driver (Not an AWIC Employee) who delivered the freezer panels had a bad attitude about waiting until everything was checked over but when our contractor and our sons told him to load it all back up by himself and leave if he couldn’t wait, he rapidly backed down!!
